Some of the funniest reactions came from my family - go figure. My sister, Veronica's reaction was probably one of my favorites. She opened her announcement, saw the ticket along with the word "Ravens" and immediately thought we had sent her a ticket to an actual football game...hmmm, love that girl. However, I don't think we disappointed her with the real news.
